This is a very rare 1940s Baume & Mercier ss FB case PP.565 design water proof chronograph with black dial. The case is reminiscent of Patek Philippe's Ref.565, and the black mirror dial with gold scale printed on it is a high-grade finish unique to this era. The black mirror dial retains its beautiful luster, and the water-resistant case is of a size that makes it easy to use in everyday life, making it an excellent choice as the first vintage chronograph.
