1960's Garrett Excelsior Park Cal.40 ss 38mm water proof chronograph with very rare black dial, unpolished. It is a beautiful black gilt dial with multi-scale specification, which is rare for Garrett that is often seen silver dial. The 38mm screw back water resistant case is in excellent unpolished condition and the black gilt dial with multi-scale design is in excellent condition with beautiful luster all over.
