A 1960s West German Military Chronograph “Bundeseigentum” with Cal.J-88, a chronograph manufactured by Junghans for the German Army in the 1960s with a mark on the back with the Bundeswehr property “Bundeseigentum” and the NATO code “12-124-8591”. The screw-back water-resistant case with its distinctive rotating bezel and the Junghans original chronograph movement, Cal. J-88, which is reminiscent of a gilded gold finish, make this a rare example of Junghans’ originality. The black-mirrored dial with high visibility, which is typical of military use, has a beautiful white letter design with a thick typeface and is in good condition with a beautiful luster on the whole surface.
