1937 Universal “Wide Step Chronograph” 33mm in Stainless Steel
A beautiful 1937 33mm stainless steel very rare step design chronograph with black Roman dial, manufactured in 1937 by Universal with its own Cal.281. It is equipped with a small chronograph movement Cal.281, approximately 28mm in diameter, which became the basis for the later Tricompax. The dial design is very rare, with tachymeter and telemetered primed, applied Roman and dot design, and the wide stepped case in Enversteel material has a large belt attachment width of 20mm, and despite its small size (33mm), it is a beautiful piece of jewelry. Combined with the black Roman dial with its luster, this is a very rare piece that has a wonderful presence beyond its size.
